012 - The Two Levels Of Creating Impact

Follow these steps to DEEPEN & EXPAND the Impact of your message.

The first priority of a Kingdom Creator (coach, consultant, course creator) SHOULD NOT be to make money.

That's called "greed".

Instead, the goal should be transformation and IMPACT.

And, let's be honest, if someone actually focuses on providing transformation, people are ATTRACTED to working with them.

Therefore, if wisdom is attached to the transformation, they WILL be the ones where the income flows to as well.

IMPACT first produces INCOME later.

Therefore, our #1 desire should be to know how to DEEPEN our impact and then EXPAND it.

In fact, those are the two LEVELS of impact this issue is about.

Let's dig into them.

LEVEL 1 - Depth of Impact

Let's say you're looking for a business coach.

Your first option is a coach who just put out his shingle. He is fresh out of college with a degree in business.

Your second option is a coach who is also a new coach, but this guy has successfully built multiple businesses to millions in revenue.

Which one will you choose?

The second one, right?

It's pretty obvious.

Why?

Because EXPERIENCE creates trust.

There is a depth of impact that the 2nd coach can provide that the first one simply doesn't have the experience with yet.

You see, that should be your FIRST goal.

Get experience.

Learn how to create a depth of IMPACT for your clients.

One they learn to trust.

How do you do this?

Well, if you are the first guy, without the experience yet, start helping people for free - asking them only to pay if they get the result you promise.

Put in your reps.

This will give you quick experience.

And it will get you a testimonial.

After you have those first testimonials, create an offer to keep helping people 1:1.

Make the offer a no-brainer with most of the payment tied to the result.

There is risk in this for you.

You might not get the result you want every time.

That's alright.

Because what you gain from the experience will help you go DEEPER than others who haven't taken the time to develop their expertise properly.

This is how I started.

I would charge an upfront fee, plus a percentage of sales I helped produce with my marketing efforts.

Some of the people I worked with were the wrong people.

I made less than minimum wage on those deals.

But, I learned WHO ISN'T the right client.

Others, I made as much as $1k per hour with.

Through the years of putting in the reps, I became better and better at what I did.

This experience created a depth that others simply don't have.

Your #1 priority, in the beginning is to create depth.

Learn how to create impact on a DEEP level.

Work for free if you need to.

Put in the reps.

You won't regret it.

Note: Even Jesus started with 12 (DEPTH) before going wide.

LEVEL 2 - Width of Impact

After you've proven the depth of your process, and know how to deliver transformation, your goal should be to go WIDE.

Many limit their impact simply because they NEVER really go into Level 2.

They're stuck in thinking they must stay at 1:1.

They're afraid they'll lose their depth if they offer their services in a different way.

However, once we've established a DEPTH of impact, we SHOULD desire to systemize and EXPAND the impact, so more people can get the results.

There is a completely different process associated with going wide.

You have to create a different offer - one that is more irresistibly packaged.

You have to deliver things differently - so you can keep the depth while keeping it scalable.

You have to systemize the process - so you can predict revenue and grow consistently.

The awesome thing is, you can do this in stages.

1 - MVP LAUNCH

First, you do an MVP (minimum viable product) launch.

This is where you sell the most SIMPLE version of your new scalable Transformational Offer in the most SIMPLEST way.

I just did this with a client. We did $38k in sales from 154 people that joined the waitlist for the offer.

Now, we're delivering the MVP version of that offer.

2 - SYSTEMIZE

The next step is to take what you learned and systemize the sales & delivery process.

Through systemization, you'll have a step-by-step system for people to follow from their first touch-point with you to them getting the result your offer promises.

Like Drew of Husband Material... His system looks like this:

1. Listen to my podcast.

2. Join my free community for men outgrowing porn.

3. Watch my free mini-course.

4. Join Husband Material Academy.

Then, he simply leads people through that journey.

3 - OPTIMIZE

Finally, you want to optimize the full system.

When optimizing the offer, you make it more irresistible by adding elements that take care of any perceived objections buyers may have for joining.

When optimizing the sales process, you're adding in gamification elements to ensure a WIN before the offer is introduced. Therefore, when it is introduced, people are already sold on joining.

By following this system, you'll end up with an offer that nobody can really compete with.

And your IMPACT will be uncapped.

With that, so will your INCOME.

The Conclusion

Everything starts with developing the SKILL of creating the DEPTH of impact.

This starts with 1:1 offers that are more intimate.

Then, from there, with some tweaking and repackaging, you can create a system that will give you WIDTH of impact.

That's where the true transformation and results will start happening.

Start by helping people and developing your "Signature" Process.
